201      Declarations of Interest

 

Cllr Slater – explained that she is an employee of Tom Gordon MP, of which the appellant for Item 8 has been in contact with. However, there was no connection between the appellant and Cllr Slater.

 

Cllr Brodigan explained that she was a governor at Outwood Academy Ripon and Ripon Grammar School however, she did not know the appellants for Item 8 on the agenda.

 

Cllr Paraskos has given a letter of support for Item 12 on the agenda and will therefore remove themselves from the hearing.

 

202      Exclusion of the Public

 

Resolved

 

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 4 to 13 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.
